Refund Policy
1. Legal Disclaimer
The information provided in this Refund Policy is a general, high-level explanation of how Mind Matters handles refund requests. It should not be considered legal advice. This policy is a legally binding document that establishes the terms under which customers may be eligible for a refund and the conditions under which refunds will not be issued.
Under UK consumer protection laws, service-based businesses, including coaching and digital products, are not generally required to offer refunds unless services are not provided as described, or there is a breach of contract. However, Mind Matters clearly defines its refund terms to ensure transparency and avoid disputes.
2. Refund Policy Overview
At Mind Matters, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching programs, courses, and digital resources. Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict no-refund policy except in specific circumstances outlined below.
2.1 Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
Coaching sessions (once booked and paid, even if unused)
Digital courses, materials, and resources (once accessed or downloaded)
Missed or canceled sessions (without required notice, as per booking terms)
Dissatisfaction with results (as success depends on client commitment and engagement)
2.2 Exceptions & Partial Refunds
Refunds may only be considered if:
-
A technical issue prevents access to a purchased online course, and the issue cannot be resolved.
-
Mind Matters fails to deliver a booked service due to an unforeseen cancellation on our end.
-
A refund request is made within 7 days of purchase, and no part of the service has been used.
In such cases, refunds will be partial or full, depending on the circumstances. Administrative fees may apply.
2.3 Refund Request Process
To request a refund, customers must:
-
Email admin@mindmattersorg.com within the designated refund period
-
Provide proof of purchase and the reason for the refund request
-
Allow up to 14 business days for processing
3. Changes to This Policy
Mind Matters reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
